This Caesar salad hits like takeout but doesn’t come with regret.
Air-fried chicken with a clean, homemade dressing.
No anchovies, no bottled weirdness. Just food that makes you want to keep cooking.

Recipe:
Good Ranchers Chicken Breast:
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion granules

Panko Crumbs: Season with the same as your chicken breast

Cesar Dressing:
Lemon, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, greek yogurt

Season your chicken breast, coat with egg and dip into panko crumb mixture. Spray with avocado oil and put into air fryer at 380 for 10 minutes. Flip half way through. While your chicken is cooking, prep your dressing. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix into salad. Prep your salad with lettuce + tomatoes then top off with your crispy chicken!
