Found these at a world market and decided to try them. Were amazing. Highly recommend

Trimmed some of the fat off the top but left the membrane on the bone. Mustard binder. Seasoned. Then put them on the recteq bullseye deluxe at 275 for like 7 hours until they hit 202 internal. Wrapped them and let them sit for a bit.
