So I saw this posted and said okay this is so absurd i HAVE to know. Cara Cara was the right choice for oranges the soft peel and the peanut butter do a lot of the heavy lifting. I went crunchy for texture, the fish get totally lost. Well they don't either ………

Putting this sandwich to my mouth mentally prepared for "gutter trash can juice" it wants to work so bad but idk prolly won't make it again. Fish and peanut butter can prolly work just not here. Peanut butter is just dominant fighting dominant fish. Orange is just happy to be included with the rind on. That part I could see again toasty bread PB, honey orange with rind.

I did add honey but it's all just fighting to dominate the fish.

    Nope. I tried it yesterday. Woke up throwing up chunks at 2 in the morning. Peanut buttery fishy chunks.

    It’s my own damn fault but I had to try it.

    Appreciate you trying this. Saw it posted the other day and guy was just getting roasted for eating orange peel. I was curious, but because of your sacrifice, I am no longer curious

    With the rind is something an idiot would come up with. Take the rims off and it looks like something a drug addict would come up with.

    To be fair, peanut sauce + seafood is most definitely a thing. Add a little citrus to brighten it up and that’s gonna work.

    Also, eating citrus peels is a thing. Candied citrus? Kumquats?

    All that said, this particular iteration of peanuts, fish, and citrus sounds and looks repulsive and I will not be trying it lol.

    I’d say ditch the orange and go for dill pickle slices (peanut butter and pickle sandwiches slap and i WILL die on this hill)

    since you’re feeling adventurous with weird sandwiches, try toast with nutella, sliced cucumber, a fried sunny side up and smoked salmon…sure beats whatever this is…peels? you sure the people who thought this up wasn’t just posing for a good looking artsy photo?

    Only way peanut butter might work is if you use it for a satay sauce and even then it’s gonna be suspect
