FIrst brisket -primarily flat. Started out small since I wasn't trying to spend a lot on something that was my first attempt. Had a nice bark, was very tender, and great great flavor. Going to try a larger one next weekend and hoping to get better with each one and practice.

*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

Awesome work!!
Nailed it!
That looks fantastic. Brisket intimidates me and I figure the same as you about a first attempt. Can I ask the starting weight of the flat and the rest of the details of your cook? It would help me go forward with one.
That’s great results for a flat only!
They can be rough
Sauced more like ribs than a brisket but that’s just my opinion. Otherwise looks awesome.
It looks amazing
