    Really interesting experience. I thought this was a spirit when I was in the shop, but lo and behold it was a sangiovese bianco! Very interesting flavor – I’d actually say Pear is the strongest flavor, followed by more classic citrusy and tropical fruit flavors. The experience is just made all the more unique given there is literally no color to the wine – it’s as clear as water or vodka. The clerk didn’t have an answer for how it is so clear, but we both settled on “magic”.

    Even if you whole cluster press with low pressure, you will have *some* color.

    This has **carbon** written all over it.

  7. PVPP (plasticizer) is usually used to strip the color
