
I season my salmon with salt pepper garlic paprika and onion powder
Preheat the oven to 375
Put the salmon in cooked it top side down for about 15 minutes. And turned it around and cooked it an additional 15
Cut the spaghetti squash sprayed it with avocado oil seasoned it with salt pepper and a little Cajun seasoning
Bumped up the heat to 400 and cooked it for 40 minutes
I bought a jar of pesto and a jar of Alfredo and mixed both in a pan. I only used half of both jars. While warming I added some sprinkles of PARM. And threw in 2 pieces of the salmon and with my tongs I pulled them apart
Took out my spaghetti squash sprinkled mozzarella and added my salmon on top

Sometimes the most unappealing looking things are the tastiest. Looks really nice and creamy. I’d munch this.
