These were grocery store marinated beef and cook at home tortilla carne asada tacos (burritos really).
Not exactly what I was hoping for but tasty nonetheless.
My poor electric griddle didn't have the gusto to cook off the steak like my local taco truck does, but hey, it's close enough for the level of effort I put in.
