Two bowls (the weekend) are turkey meatballs and broccoli. I seasoned the turkey with garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, thyme, and tomato paste.
the rest of the week is minced beef, potatoes, and a side of mixed greens + tomatoes without dressing.

So you eat the beef and potatoes cold or are you heating up the salad?
I put salad seperate.
