Sharing a few pics of some of the meals I had from my last trip in Seoul. I’ve always loved Korean food and we have really Korean food where I live but the meals in Seoul just hit different!
What stood out to me was how flavourful everything was, yet so fresh and light (not heavy).
- A hanjeongsik meal. This was my MOST favourite meal from the trip. All the side dishes were so delicious. And that fried fish was just so insane!!!! Location: Ggulbabsang near Gyeongbokgung Palace
- Bossam at Cheonha Bossam
- Jjajangmyeon with Truffle and Hanwoo beef. I don’t usually love black bean noodles but this changed my mind.
4.Sausage and rice cakes skewer from a market - Korean BBQ just from a local spot nearby our hotel
- Fried rice, made with leftover sauce from an eel dish we’d had for main. Also from a local spot nearby our hotel
- Beef ribs at Gangnam Myeonok
- A banchan platter from Korean House
- Desserts from Korean House
- Kalguksu from the famous Myeongdong Kyoja. It was the silkiest noodles I have ever eaten!
