Smoked some chuck short ribs, pork belly, and some chuck roast burnt ends today. Have never cooked the 4 bone, chuck short ribs before, always cook the 3 bone plate ribs. Have to say, I really liked these chuck short ribs. Not as big but very meaty and a lot less fat on them.
