It’s primarily all veggies so it’s probably accurate

Chic peas are pretty high calorie, I’d be a little skeptical of how much they used since it’s the first ingredient, but tbf the volume is probably from the other ingredients

10oz of chickpeas would be over 500 calories, and that’s the first ingredient. I am also suspicious.

I dunno. The first three ingredients are legumes. If half the mixture is legumes, there is no way they are THAT low in calories. Cut one open to post the inside so we can see if volume is coming from the veggies. If it looks more like veggies than legumes, then maybe it’s only 140 calories for the container. It’s suspect.

Nope, very realistic if close-to-equal quantities of the first ten ingredients
(remembering you only need a tiny bit more of an ingredient to list it earlier than another)
– three bean/pea things at c. 230 for 140g, but six veggies at c. 30 and water at 0 – those avg to c. 71
i feel like it would be 2 pieces per serving and 8 servings per container

It’s just falafel rebranded.

to me the sodium count is a dead giveaway that the label is wrong. 270mg for 10oz is ridiculously low for this kind of processed food

This whole brand seems a little suspicious. They have hummus that’s 28cal per 30g serving and pita chips that are apparently 45cal per 28g serving. I’ve had the hummus and it does taste kinda watered down so it’s believable, but I don’t see how chips can be so low.

Where did you find these?

Multiple sites say the same. I have to try these.

Id start by weiging the serving size and how many servings are really in there
Time to build a calorimeter
