Here’s what you’ll find in this video:
1. Green Goddess Salad
Ingredients:
300 g white cabbage, 1 scallion, 1 cucumber, 50 g parsley, 100 g spinach, 1 garlic clove, juice of 1 lemon, 30 g creamy cheese or feta, 10 almonds, ½ avocado, 2 tbsp olive oil.
2. Cheeseburger Salad
Ingredients:
200 g ground beef, 1 yellow onion, 1 red onion, burger cheese (cheddar), lettuce, pickles, tomato, sauce (e.g. burger sauce or mayo).
3. Chicken Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, 5–6 slices deli meat, 150 g cheese, arugula, breadcrumbs, sage.
Cooking: Oven 180°C for 20–25 min or pan-fry 8–10 min per side.
4. Purple Cabbage & Cauliflower Velouté
Ingredients:
200 g purple cabbage, 200 g cauliflower, 1 leek or onion, 600 ml broth or water, 1 tbsp cream cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Cooking: Sauté, simmer for 20–30 min, blend until smooth.
5. Spinach Crêpes
Ingredients:
3 eggs, 250 ml milk, 125 g flour, 2 tbsp oil, 60 g spinach, salt, optional 1 tbsp garlic powder.
Optional Filling: Cheese, deli meat, olives, arugula, tomato.
6. Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients:
6 mushrooms, 200 g ground meat, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 150 g mozzarella, 30 g grated cheese, 30 g breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp parsley, 100 g tomatoes, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Cooking: Bake at 180°C for 20 min; total time ~40 min.
