A tomato chopped in half, either grilled or fried till slightly blackened, and some butter fried mushrooms would set this off. Plus some liberality buttered toast. Nearly there, my friend.

Looks okay but my god, where is the bacon! And I don’t mean that rubbish Americans call bacon. I mean proper, thick cut back bacon. And shrooms. No breaky is complete with out them delicious little bastards.

Bacon is missing. I’d want black pudding, but it’s common enough over here for pubs and cafes to leave it off.

Would I eat this? Hell yes! But, the egg kissing the beans is an issue that needs to be addressed. The back bacon needs to be added as to the mushrooms. Brown sauce required plus toast with lashings of butter and a strong brew and you’re on the money.

Not bad. Not great either though. Less beans (or bean juice), crispy BACK bacon, a potato scone 😗 and some black pudding required. Eggs look decent. 7/10 would eat.

That’s actually pretty decent considering you didn’t grow up on them like we all did. For me it just needs some bacon and mushrooms. I’d give you a good 8/10 though

To all of you asking: I don’t mind being called an immigrant, either. My grandparents were immigrants to America from Mexico. My dad was an immigrant from Venezuela. It’s a term that makes me proud.
I came at first on tourist visas because I wasn’t sure if this move would be permanent. Most of my stuff is in storage in Texas. I’m only now working on a partner visa and trying to make this permanent. However, I think my political views are outside the scope of a group about breakfast.

The sausages look like a shite cardboard brand. The eggs… I mean, they could’ve used a few seconds on top, and the hashbrowns are yellow, which is weird. There’s no bacon, no toast, no black or white pudding… Looks very basic and cooked with no appreciation for a decent fry-up. Did you go to a Morrisons cafe or something?
