Extra pepperoni and extra cheese! Hand-sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan, fresh shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella and provolone. 9-minute bake, the last three at high broil. So pretty and so yummy!

    Did you pre-cook the pepperoni? I’ve started pre-cooking my shrooms but not pepperoni or it would burn up…mind you I am using a pizza oven.

    Looks like such a full puffy pizza until you slice and get a side view. Thin and spectacular. Great crust. Looks awesome. How’d it taste?

    Any specs on the sauce you made? Always looking for ideas past the dickheads that say they just hand crushed a few tomatoes and threw it on the pizza.
