Can I cook these chicken breasts in their packaging?
Will it be safe? I do not see info on the plastic used. Also, there is also liquid already in there. I'm assuming from the chicken before packaging. Cook with it or wash it out first?

I wouldn’t. I seem to remember seeing a post a long time ago where someone determined the plastic did not hold up well

Rinse the chicken, then vacuum seal it appropriately.
