    Cooked 4 chicken breasts with garlic and Italian herbs and split it into 2 gnocchi bowls, 5 protein boxes and 2 salads

    Sundried Tomato Gnocchi:
    Fry gnocchi in oil from 1 jar sundried tomatoes. Add tomatoes, salt pepper and granulated garlic. Cook one minute. Add 4 cups of kale. Stir for 2 minutes, add 1 cup half and half, cook two minutes on low, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons parm. Served with steamed green beans and chicken.

    5 Protein boxes:
    Cheddar and Gouda cheese, chicken, egg, nuts, broccoli, cucumbers, tomato,grapes, blueberries and blackberries

    Salad:
    Chicken, pepper cheese, bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, spicy dressing

    Fish bake: salmon on top of wild rice, kale, green beans, and peppers. Will be baked Monday.

    Please include the full list of ingredients for your recipes (including the fruits and vegetables)!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
