No worries- I was about 1000 over too. It was a tough weekend!!! (I worked at a festival and even though I packed a lunch it was a long day and I couldn’t resist fresh baked homemade goodies.) Tomorrow is a new day and the start of a new week. Back on target!🎯

At least you tracked it. Consistency is key when it comes to tracking, regardless of what you eat. It’s crucial to track so that you become more aware of what you’re putting in your body. You’ll bounce back!

Nothing embarrassing about it! It happens to everybody from time to time, there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed or stressed about. Just start again tomorrow and do your best to stick with your usual plan. That’s all we can do.

Hey, you logged it and accepted accountability. Get back on track and you probably won’t even notice. We all do this once in a while. My rule to myself is to always log no matter what and usually it’s not as bad as I think in relation to the scale. Keep going my friend!

i was over 3,000 over yesterday if it makes you feel any better. i ate a whole donatos personal pizza + 2 breadsticks + like half of a medium pizza too. #noregrets
