CLEVELAND, Ohio – Edwins Too is hosting a five-course dinner featuring German and Austrian wines.
Chef Harrison Buckley of Cleveland-based Griffin’s Cafe and Cakes will guide the dinner, which is 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Edwins Too is an offshoot of Brandon Chrostowski’s Edwins Leadership and Restaurant Institute, the French fine-dining restaurant in Shaker Square.

• Kartoffelsuppe mit garnelen – potato soup with shrimp.
• Palatschinken (crepes) – smoked trout, hunter’s sauce (rich brown gravy with onions and mushrooms), red cabbage and spätzle.
• Kuschel rippen-gulasch – short rib ghoulash, celery-root puree, asparagus.
• Bayerische apfeltorte – Bavarian apple torte.
