Another star ingredient? Rosemary. Just a small sprig is enough, but combined with the subtle flavors of cauliflower and leek, it adds a fragrant, savory twist that really elevates the dish.
This is now our go-to recipe whenever we’re craving baked cheesy cauliflower. It’s perfect for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or any special occasion.

Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 leek
6-8 brown mushrooms
1 sprig fresh rosemary
fresh parsley
1 egg, 4-5 table spoons sour cream
150 g hard cheese
2 cloves garlic
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional (for a meat version):
450 g ground chicken or turkey
200 g bow-tie pasta
