I think this could actually work, at least without the cinnamon.
Cheese and sweet stuff go together great, like baked feta with honey or aged Gouda with dried apricots.

If “date sauces” is date syrup, then it’s not unlike the honey & cheese pizzas that are much more common. I’m not so sure about the cinnamon, but I’d try.

Dates are freakin’ delicious and cinnamon is an interesting spice for a pizza. I think it would work well with a sweeternsauce, which I presume this has.
I’m all for it. Recently, I’ve been seeing people post lots of pizzas that are simply creative. If it’s just not something that suits your palate, it’s not criminal.
