breakfast of champions!

out of greens / spinach so don’t come for me on the lack of veg 🙃

tried out the m&s sardines in olive oil with chilli and wasn’t disappointed! of course lacking in any real Heat unfortunately but the actual fish was super meaty and tasty pan-fried on sourdough w a splash of lemon juice on top 🙂
