I spiralized 4 small zucchini and store in ziploc in fridge with some paper towels for moisture. Smaller are better imo as the green skin has flavor (perhaps less water)?

For meat sauce I browned pound of meat, drained fat and added half jarred sauce I had (raos bolognese). Since I drained good amt of fat I'm not sure macros 100% correct, presumably I am eating less fat than shown.

When ready for meal I put raw zoodles in bowl, top with meat sauce and microwave. I used to sautee zoodles but I think closer to raw keeps them from watery mess.

Makes about 4 meals.
