Ingredients
– 2 lbs Lean Beef
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Black Pepper
– 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tbsp Parsley
– 2 tbsp Olive Oil
– 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
– 20g Light Butter for cooking
Crispy Potatoes
– 2 lbs Potatoes
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Pepper
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 1 tbsp Garlic
– 2 tbsp Parsley
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Spicy Mayo
– 8 tbsp Light Mayo
– 2 tbsp Sriracha or any hot sauce
Direction
1. Cut the beef and potatoes into small bite size chunks about 1 inch pieces
2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parley, olive oil, minced garlic and mix together
3. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, minced garlic, parley, olive oil and mix everything together
4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the potatoes evenly on top
5. Preheat the oven at 400F or 200C, once it reaches 400F place the potatoes in and let it bake for 20 mins or until golden brown
6. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, pour the beef on to the pan and let it cook until it becomes brown.
7. Add butter for added flavor and then set aside
8. Combine 8 tbsp of light mayo and 2 tbsp of sriracha into a squeeze bottle to make the spicy mayo (you can use any hot of your choice or less if you want)
9. Place all the cooked ingredients into serving bowls and you are ready for the week
