    – butternut squash, peeled and diced
    – beet, peeled and diced
    – ras el hanout
    – olive oil
    – butter beans, cooked
    – pearl couscous
    – turmeric
    – cucumber, chopped
    – spring onions, thinly sliced
    – baby spinach, roughly chopped
    – fresh mint, finely chopped
    – raisins

    – sea salt flakes
