Looks like crostata di albicocche. Apricot pie.

If you want to reproduce it, it might be helpful to search for pasta frolla recipe

  3. Crostata, a pastry base with apricot jam. You can use any jam you like actually.

Cherries and sour cherries is the best!

Super easy to make and super tasty to have.

For those who have never had this, it’s lovely. The pastry part is close to what Americans/Brits would call a shortbread, and this is my favorite kind of pastry. It’s not overly sweet – if you’re used to multi-layer cakes with a lot of frosting, this is a departure. But it’s just sweet enough from the jam and so buttery from the pastry.
