Moroccan chicken and vegetables’ Tagine. If interested; try it! Ingredients are listed below:

Chicken legs, or any parts of your chicory
Cut one onion, 3 cloves of garlic, a mixed punch of cilantro and parsley.

Seasonings: small spine of: Ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and salt to taste.
One spine and half of: garlic and onion powder.
Half cup of olive oil.

Mixed all well and cook without water for about 10 minutes, add one grated tomato stear well and cook for 5 more minutes, then add your preferred veggies. For this Tagine dish I added: potatoes, carrots, chickpeas and hot peppers.
Cook the Tagine on a medium to low heat for an hour. Uncover it to let all the extra moisture evaporate. This may take a few more minutes and your Tagine is ready. Enjoy!
