I want to guesstimate at around 500-600 for the container but I’m not so sure

  1. A 220g ham subway sandwich is listed at 300 calories. While it’s not a perfect substitute, a 500-600 estimate sounds like a safe guess if the 250g advertise weight is true.

On the other hand, that doesn’t seem like a 250g sandwich. Have you weighted it?

I searched the description and found a website for Randalls (not sure where this is from/what store) and found a label that says 470 calories so I’d round up to 550 to be safe.

  3. LOL, did they just cut a sub into 4 pieces and call it sliders?

Anyway, I’d probably go with about 600 calories. It looks like it’s just bread, turkey, cheese, and lettuce, with no mayo or dressing. If you look at the[ “regular” size turkey and provolone sub from Jersey Mike’s](https://www.jerseymikes.com/menu/cold-subs/order/7-turkey-and-provolone) and remove the olive oil, that says 520 calories. Yours looks a little bigger than that, so probably more like 600.
