So it will be my daughters 1st birthday this Saturday, my wife and I have decided as a b-day tradition, we will be getting her a tomahawk steak. (The first few years will more or less be for us, but once she can eat more than a few bites she will get her own).
Just trying to figure out what will be the best temperature to bath one of these in and for how long (give/take)
Obviously going for medium rare.
