1551 cals, 57g protein, 33g of fiber. I could have had a little more protein but I’m not looking for criticism bc if I don’t wanna eat something I’m not gonna eat it. Also the extra 50 calories came from gummys I had

    I’d be more concerned about adding fruits and veggies for the fiber and nutrients. Not a lot of color this day, but perhaps you eat fruits and veggies on other days? Good job sticking to ~1500 calories!
