• 200g baby potatoes, roasted with 3/4 tsp olive oil and seasoned with smoked paprika, hot paprika, garlic powder and thyme
  • 1/4 lb lean ground beef, seasoned with cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, hot paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne
  • cucumber and tomato salad (chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion and parsley, tossed with lemon juice and ground sumac)
  • tzatziki (2% greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill and lemon juice)

so good for meal prep! I threw the potatoes in the oven for 30 mins at 425F and did the rest while they were in there. now eating the leftovers and can confirm it’s even better on day 2 πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ
