Very nice flavor pairing. Added 7 cracks on the pepper mill to the crema( sour cream, Cholula and a few drops of insanity sauce), the pepper slices and the beef as it was cooking. I've cooked with ICFMF before but this one was worse atmosphericly my nose was just constant burning and sneezing. So worth it though delicious and even several minutes after eating I have a nice cooling ember level heat in my mouth 🤌🤌🤌

  1. Don’t take this the wrong way but bruh, you gotta get some corn tortillas for enchiladas. Trust me. Just heat up 4-6 at a time in a damp-wet paper towel for 30 seconds in the microwave or until warm-hot. Then fry them in a tiny bit of hot oil for like 20 seconds.

    Those look delicious though and I would eat the hell out of them. It’s debatable if they’re enchiladas because they’re flour tortillas, and I prefer corn for this style, but I bet those were super good. They look and sound really good.
