Hi, don't know if this is ok here, but how do you eat it? The cheese, fior di latte, was not chewable. I mean really only in the first minute they served it, as it was hot. But after that? it felt like I had a mouth full of pure rubber ball or old chewing gum. Didn't like it at all and had to scrap it of that pizza.
But every other table seemed to enjoy it and ate all of it? So it's just me?

i had some here as well last year.

    it was fine.

i came to the conclusion that not they were bad or whatever but that theres only so much you can do with just tomatoes/cheese/dough/olive oil in terms of flavour.

like the mozzarella tasted great, the sauce was great, the dough was great, but the theres a reason add different toppings.

Try “La Figlia del Presidente” I was in Napoli last week and it was the best I tasted.
Other places were top notch also but this just stood out!
