Leftover brisket uses, burnt ends, and pasta, and?
Did a tomato-feta pasta with some of the brisket flat, and burnt ends with some of the point. What other uses, beyond just eating more brisket? 😉

Brisket Nachos, Brisket Mac n cheese, Philly cheese brisket sandwich, brisket and eggs, I could go on..

Nachos. Hit them with a little BBQ sauce before you pop them into the oven to melt the cheese.
Bao. Steam up some buns, top with veg and some sauce. Joshua Weissman has a great video with an awesome Asian inspired BBQ sauce. Sadly then you have to watch Joshua Weissman, but it’s worth it.

Isn’t leftover brisket like leftover beer? You hear of it, but never actually experience it.

I made a chili this weekend from left over brisket trimmings from Easter.

I did a brisket skillet on Sunday morning. Cubed hashbrowns, layered with chives, tomato, cheddar and brisket, fried egg on top.

Make a big pot of chilli…add them in along with ground beef. Takes regular chilli to a whole new level.

These days I’ll split point and flat… Smoke the point til 203 and turn it into burnt ends.
The flat I’ll smoke for 2 hours at 200ish, then sous vide at 133 for 36 hours. Slice and its the best roast beast sandwich meat ever. Sear it and it’s even better.

Made a brisket pizza with leftovers once, was better than expected.

You just heat them up and eat it. It isn’t any more complicated than that.
