    This looks nothing like flank. This is clearly a strip.

    And this is exactly what you’d expect from select graded product.

    I mean, that’s pretty rough for Select. We’ve been getting in a few boxes of AAA short loins, and I was surprised with the marbling. I don’t even like strips, but I was eying a few of them.

    Grocery stores correctly relying on the fact that 90% of shoppers don’t know the difference and think “Select” means “good”
