Best part about being in a shop setting is trying to sample all kinds of different coffees!

Dialing in coffee is probably one of my favorite parts of working in coffee.
Finding the right grind size for each coffee, getting in an ideal drawdown time, TDS%, and overall best taste.
Whoever says they don’t like coffee just hasn’t had the pleasure of trying good coffee.
