    Hell yeah, I do this. When the mood and price are right, cover in Tony’s and grill up. Also good braised or smothered, but hell yeah I love chicken hearts

    Never had them. Whats the best way to cook them? And what is texture and taste like?

    I was disgusted by these until a good friend from Brazil who grew up with them made me try one. They’re delicious and the texture isn’t icky at all. Does kinda make me feel like that priest in Raiders of the lost Ark, though. 🤪😈😜

  6. Hell yeah. When we go to the Brazilian steakhouse for the meat on swords experience, the chicken hearts are at the top of my list. They are so good grilled!

    Texture like? Kidney or liver? That kind of pasty feeling when over cooked but smooth and gelatinous almost when cooked perfectly?
