My favorite way to do steaks when it’s nice outside

Sear and roast or reverse sear, it doesn’t matter,I like both on this grill. Using a lodge griddle. Only thing I’m careful about is taking out the lodge griddle and putting it on something heat safe or else the seasoning will burn off and it gets hard to clean.
