    Absolutely. Crust looks a little off, like its extra chewy. Like how bread looks after its been microwaved, though clearly this hasn’t been microwaved.

    But I’d still fuck it up.

    Absolutely, and I am more of a New York style or Buffalo New York style pizza fan, but I’ll definitely take a legit Chicago style over a typical Napolitana with their few tiny medallions of cheese and leaves scattered about.

    Also, it that a napoleon crust? I’ve made my own deep dishes with that and focaccia bread recipe.
