My new favourite ingredient in pasta sauces is tinned cherry tomatoes 🍅 so sweet and juicy. Also, pulling the spaghetti and sauce up through the stracciatella is divine 😋👌

    Recipe is for 2 serves:

    200g Spaghetti
    200g Crab Claw Meat
    400g Tin of Cherry Tomatoes
    2 tbsp Garlic
    2 tbsp Crushed Chilli
    50ml Light Cream
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Finish with a dollop of stracciatella cheese.

    *Stracciatella is the cheese inside of burrata*
