I unfortunately didn't take photos and I just devoured my lunch so I forgot to even take a photo of it, so please excuse me. But this is my favorite meal prep so far! Even my spouse, who was hesitant at first because of the veggies, said they loved it.

I used frozen potatoes with onions and peppers, fresh zucchini, fresh yellow squash, heirloom grape tomatoes, a jar of kalamata olives, and chicken tenderloins. I also seasoned the chicken with Cavender's Greek seasoning. I also wanted to make it a little more substantial so I boiled a box of orzo, seasoned it, and put that at the bottom of my prep containers. And then of course, tzatziki on the side.
