Much impressed, it has a waffle cone so it must be an ice cream with a boat sized scoop. Right? In the US there are some places that specialize in this. I’m in California & there are 3 in my smallish town but a quick lookup shows in Texas, Arizona & Washington too, the same chain of stores: Flor de Michoacán. Always delicious.
