I’m by no means as skilled or competent as most people in here, but a few weeks ago I made a steak sandwich with roast potatoes and an onion gravy, and it came out pretty decent! Was going for medium rare, these were some thicc steaks but just wanted to share the joy. Served on a toasted ciabatta with spinach and some mustard.

Very nice. I bet that was an awesome sandwich, ciabatta is a great hearty bread to handle the abuse a steak sandwich takes without falling apart
