So, these are feasted donuts topped with holland's cream and dipped in shredded coconut, based off my husband's favorite donuts from a place from our childhood. One of the most important parts of mimicking the originals is that they still have a hole in the middle like a regular donut, but they're topped with so much holland's cream you can't tell. He is very please with them.
