Chubbie’s was my go to for smash burgers until I started making my own! Def good burgers but nothing beats using home ground meat, sauces and all

Looks awesome! I made one last night that was pretty good. It was my first smash burger attempt and I smashed it with my hand into the pan and it was pretty close to the thickness of this. I did forget though how much 80-20 shrinks while cooking though. I think after that one though im going to be eating more burgers, the smash patty has me back on beef
