Homemade butter, delicious, just strain it and season. There are recipes to finish it up so it wont go off quickly 🙂

I did not mean to make butter ………

  3. coffee_n_pastries

It’s so over whipped that you made butter.

  4. bunkerhomestead

Homemade butter, wash it in cold water, salt it, and enjoy. You can use the buttermilk in baking.

  5. Mediocre_Basis_2170

  6. Inevitable_File_5016

u might’ve whipped it too much and accidentally made butter this happened to me when i tried to make strawberry whipped cream and ended up making strawberry butter 😭

  7. misscurlyhairr

You whipped it too long but hey, just run it through a cheese cloth to strain out the liquid, mix it with some herbs and a little bit of salt, and you’ve got some nice butter :]

Had you already added the sugar? If you did, it will be great on pancakes, muffins, waffles…

When you over mix heavy cream past the stiff peak stage or “whipped cream” it turns into butter.

If you whip it for a couple minutes you get whipped cream. If you leave it too long you get butter. Make sure you rinse it with cold water and wrap in parchment for good homemade butter

  11. A classic. I’ve made lavender butter by mistake before trying take ice cream

  12. That’s some good butter and buttermilk. Wash the butter out and store in a container. You’ll thank yourself later. Next time watch the mixer

Next time, stop at the moment you get stiff peaks. You went much more beyond that point.

Got toast? If so, you made butter for it.

  15. MetaCaimen

You made butter from over whisked cream homie.

Please save the whey for pancakes or biscuits.

Keep going a little further. Congratulation, You’ve made butter and buttermilk. Rinse out the butter in cold water till water runs clear, salt and kneed it a little and you have a delicious treat 🤤🤤🤤

I say that this is a troll post because I see finger tracks in the butter. Another thing, I’ve actually made butter before (on purpose) and it’s never one big clump like this. It’s clumpy, lumpy, and the clumps are much smaller. After the butter clumps, you gotta fish out the small bits of butter with a butter paddle and continue to work it. Thin milk will continue to come out as it’s worked. Eventually, you’re left with a usable amount of butter

Whip was like “nah, i’mma be butter”

  19. If you haven’t added vanilla or sugar, add salt now. You made butter!

Squeeze out as much water as you can, smash it into a bowl and chill in the fridge

  20. Fluffy_Town

You made butter. This is what they mean when they talk about your cream has split. Split into butter and buttermilk*/whey.

*not what you buy in the store in a carton. I’ve been told that the stuff in the store is an entirely different “animal” than actual buttermilk.

Completely ruined. Please send it over to me (me) for proper disposal (bread) where it can be carefully removed from existence (I will put it on the bread and eat it)

  22. Amazing-Essay7028

That’s the whipping cream’s butter baby

  23. Ok_Mycologist468

You know when you put it in the mixer and turned the mixer on?

Next time, don’t go for a nap.

  24. fyregrl2004

I fear you whipped too close to the sun…

  25. grey_canvas_

Now ball it up and rinse it in icy cold water until the water runs clear, season with some salt, enjoy your fresh butter.

Next time, don’t whip so long, keep your eye on it.
