Low cal Zaatar crispy crushed smashed potatoes – yum! Crunchy and delicious, very easy to make and only uses 3 ingredients!

Process:

Boil a bag of new potatoes in salted water for around 20-25 minutes until the are fork tender then drain well. Leave for a good 5 minutes so any excess water has evaporated! Spray a tray (lined with paper if your tray is a state, but it’s better when they keep contact with the metal) with some one-cal spray then crush or smash the potatoes using the base of a flat glass. Sprinkle with zaatar spice and give them another spray. Roast in the oven on a high heat (at least 200 fan) for around 40 minutes until the are crunchy, crispy potato taste sensations! 3 ingredients: 700g bag baby / new potatoes One cal spray Zaatar spice blend If you follow Slimming World the Zaatar is 1 syn a teaspoon 👍

I wish I could tell you that they’re totally free, but they’re not because the Zatar spice blend does have a little bit of a sin value, but other than that, they are absolutely delish.
