Man I just can't get enough of smoked thighs! I like to cook them like wings- 0-400 method and then just wait for the skin to crisp. Usually the inner temps hit the 190's but the thighs are still pouring juices and super tender at that temp. These got the gospel rub from meat church too… Deeeeelish.

Never. It’s one of the healthier cuts of meat that I smoke and it tastes great. Win – Win in my book.
Ya, the other 4 members of my family.
What’s 0-400 method? Just put it on and crank it?
Chicken thighs the perfect rub/marined/ sauce experiment. Easy to mass produce and cheap is a rub went poorly no big deal, dice it up into salad or tacos or sometime.

Paraplegic chickens do…..
start doing bbq comps and you will….
No.
They are the smoking cheat code. Can’t mess them up. Don’t dry out. Skinless is perfect. Gets a bark. Quick cook if you want it quick. Tons of flavor without effort. One of my favs and a staple in the smoker when I have no plans, its thighs.

Nope. Next question.
Not once.
I’m smoking bacon this weekend. Now you’re making me want to smoke some thighs for meal prep next week. Ugh but I got to brew a beer too. Can we get 32 hour work weeks instead?!?

Can’t you just not make it anymore or stop buying it if you don’t like it
Never.
Shoot i eat chicken thighs atleast once a week as my goto “idk what to cook” meal. Just got my ninja woodfire so going to smoke them and try it out!
Not me. Bone in, skin on. Deelish.
Absolutely not. But… I typically buy the leg quarters because they’re cheaper by the pound, hold in moisture exceptionally well, and are a breeze to serve. Can’t go wrong with either.
Nope. I put them on with the vortex and a chunk of wood and let it crank.
Nope never- love them!
Never! Did some last night with the [everyday chicken rub](https://thehappyfoodie.co.uk/recipes/smoked-chicken-thighs-with-saffron-and-orange-blossom-caramel-hazelnut-dukkah-and-basil/) from the Berber-Q cookbook. Really good.
Never. My favorite thing to smoke and eat. Cooks quickly and comes out delicious every time.
Once I started cooking them with the vortex on my 22″ kettle, I never went back to cooking them in the smoker.
no; actually planning to smoke 3#’s and then use them for chicken parm this weekend……
I’d like to certainly try!

No. That’s like saying, “Does anyone get tired of listening to Steely Dan?”
