-1 Cup Of Assorted Raw Nuts(any of your choice) I Used These
A. Almonds
B. Peanuts
C. Walnuts
D. Hazelnuts
E. Cashews
F. Pistachios
2 TBSP(Tablespoons)White and/or Black Sesame Seed
1 TBSP(Tablespoons)Coriander seed(or ground if you don’t have a spice grinder for seeds)
1 TSP(Teaspoon)Cumin Seed(or ground if you don’t have a spice grinder)
*TOAST ASSORTED NUTS IN COLD PAN TILL FRANGRANT & TOSS FREQUENTLY
*PUT ON SHEET TRAY WITH PARCHMENT/WAX PAPER LET COOK COMPLETELY ROOM TEMP
*TOAST SPICES(ONLY THE SEEDS ONLY THE SEEDS PUT ON SHEET TRAY WITH PARCHMENT/WAX PAPER LET COOL COMPLETELY ROOM TEMP (DO NOT TOAST THE GROUND SPICE)

*PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER & PULSE PULSE TILL ALMOST DUST FORM
*CAN PUT IN SOUPS, SALADS, BREADS & MORE

PREHEAT OVEN 325 DEGREES
SHEET TRAY BUTTERED
-2 Cups Rolled Oats
-1/4 Brown Sugar
-1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
-1/3 Cup Almonds(chop & toasted USE SOME OF THE ALREADY TOASTED ALMONDS)
-4 TBSP Unsalted Butter
-4 TBSP Honey
* IN SAUCE PAN MELT BUTTER WITH HONEY ON LOW HEAT
* COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
* POUR BUTTER & HONEY OVER OAT MIX & COAT ALL INGREDIENTS WELL
* SPREAD ON ALREADY GREASED SHEET TRAY & PUT IN 325 DEGREE PREHEATED OVEN
* STIR EVERY FIVE MINUTES
* COOK TILL GDB(GOLDEN DELICIOUS & BROWN)15-30 MINUTES
*CAN EAT AS CEREAL
*CAN PUT ON TOP YOGURT

hey hey hey hey guys welcome hope you’re having a wonderful morning afternoon or evening thank you for joining me my name is Chef Nessa and welcome to my kitchen so guys I’m in in a new 12 weeks I’m in a new Block in school I am in this one is so exciting to me farm from Farm to Table kitchen guys I’m I’m loving this I’m loving this guys it is going to be so exciting these next 12 weeks cuz everything that I’m going to be making is going to be straight from the farm to my table and to your table guys who be watching so this week is just simple things that I’m going be making some with some you know um some beautiful nuts and stuff so the first thing I’m going to be making is one of my favorites and you know I’m making it from scratch is I’m I’m just excited to do it um some Honey granola and it’s going to be H Honey granola cereal and I buy this all the time guys so this is going to be exciting for me make I already got my almond milk already so I have my um oldfashioned um Quaker Oats um oatmeal you can’t get the quick ones you can’t get the quick ones guys so I’m going to be making that the Honey granola from scratch and then I’m going to be making some roasted almonds okay so I’m I’m I’m I’m excited to do that and then I’m going to be make making something guys called a Dua and Dua is an Egyptian um spice where you can make uh make it with bread or you can put in some soup and stuff so I’m going to get everything all weighed out and the first thing I’m going to do the one that’s the easiest and that is the beautiful beautiful toasted um almonds so I’ll be right back guys
