4. Combine with Lentils:
• Add the rinsed lentils to the pot and stir to combine.
5. Cook the Soup:
• Bring water to a boil and pour it into the pot.
• Add salt and turmeric, then mix well.
• Simmer for 20–25 minutes until the lentils are soft.
6. Blend Lightly:
• Use an immersion blender to blend the soup slightly, leaving some texture.
7. Serve:
• Pour the soup into bowls.
• Add a slice of lemon before serving.
