And that’s going to go straight into our chopper. I want to add some aromatics to this as well. So, we’ve got some coriander seeds, which are great friends with lamb. So, we’re going to do a good couple pinches. That’s about a tablespoon. We’ve got some dried oregano, and again, about a tablespoon of that. This is the headline flavors are just lemon and oregano. So, we’re going to go heavy on those. We’re going to add some more of that later. We’re going to add a pinch of salt. That’s partly for seasoning. It’s also partly to act as an abrasion. So, as that’s blending, uh, it’s almost like a sandpaper. It’s going to help grind the stuff down, which give us a nice fine puree.
